About

We are Anna and Mandi and between us we've spent over 80 years working in payroll. It's fair to say we've seen just about everything over the years, but one thing has never changed: we believe payroll should be straightforward, reliable and personal.

That's exactly what we're building at Headcount Payroll Services.

We're a family-owned business, and we wanted to create the kind of payroll service we'd be happy to recommend ourselves. Somewhere clients can pick up the phone, speak to someone who knows them and their business, and feel confident that everything is being taken care of.

We know how important payroll is. Behind every payslip is a person relying on being paid correctly and on time, and behind every business is someone who needs to know it's all being handled properly. That's a responsibility we've always taken seriously.

Whether you're a business owner looking for someone to take the pressure off, or an accountant wanting a dependable payroll partner for your clients, we're here to help. We take the time to get to know how you work, keep things simple and make sure you always know where you stand.

We've built our careers on looking after people, getting the details right and being there when we're needed. Those are the same values we're bringing to Headcount.

No fuss, no jargon and no being passed from pillar to post. Just experienced, friendly people who genuinely care about your payroll.

We'd love to work with you.
